We love training people. But, the feedback we were getting is that private personal training was too expensive. Something had to change.
Voila, we came up with semi private Personal Training. A much more affordable alternative but with all the included benefits such as: weekly coach check- ins, a custom food plan and custom training plan.
You can book as many sessions as you want in a week and mix it up between weight training, fitness or BeatBox Boxing in our Leeson Street Gym.
